Bought this for my daughter who drinks a lot of herbal teas for health. She loves it. It stays warm all day, perfect for away from home

Very convenient and beautiful!

I purchased the Infuser Flask 1lt. Unfortunately it arrived with a ever so slight amount of damage to the neck. There was a slight dent which mean that the infuser canister didn't 'lock' into place while seated in there and the lid wasn't 100% sealed when wound on tightly. I emailed them, and before they even replied they had sent me out a new canister. The first one I purchased was and is still usable, and I explained that to them via email. Never the less, they were genuinely apologetic and proactive in replacing it. Honestly, couldn't want for better ethics! The flask is AWESOME too. The insulation on this thing is next level.

I bought two of these flasks for a wildlife photography workshop I was hosting and they are perfect! Kept the water hot for morning and afternoon cuppas. Couldn’t be happier! Not to mention that the colours perfectly suit my business!

Firstly, it’s gorgeous. Love the finish on this product. It does its job to keep my tea warm and love having it on my desk as it’s beautiful too :)
