Oaty Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 4 Medjool dates (pre-soaked)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of kosher salt
METHOD
Put oats into a blender and pulse until oats are ground down.
Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add to your flask, and enjoy!
