Detox Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Kiwifruit

  • 6 Strawberries - Tops removed

  • Handful of Spinach

  • 1 Cup Coconut Water

  • Dash of Lemon Juice

Optional extras: Greens powder such as AG1 or vital greens, seed and nut mixes like LSA for an extra health boost.

METHOD:

Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into your Insulated Fressko Thermos and enjoy. 

Makes approx 450ml.
