Bubble Tea Club – Honeydew Milk Tea

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tbsp of Bubble Tea Club honeydew flavoured powder
  • 1.5 Bubble Tea Club tbsp creamer
  • 3 Bubble Tea Club tsp fructose
  • 2 tbsp Bubble Tea Club tapioca pearls
  • 1/2 cup of Ice

METHOD

Cook the Tapioca Pearls:

Boil 360 ml of water in a pot.

Add pearls into the boiling water.

Cook over a low flame and stir occasionally for 20 minutes or until desired chewiness.

Drain the water.

Prepare the Honeydew Flavoured Milk tea:

Mix the Honeydew flavoured powder in 250 ml hot water and stir until dissolved.

Stir in the creamer and then add fructose to your desired sweetness.

Stir until dissolved.

Assemble:

Place half a glass of ice into a RISE flask. Pour in cooked tapioca pearls. Pour in Honeydew Flavoured Milk Tea. ENJOY!
