RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are happy to offer a return or refund in the following situations:

Faulty goods: If you have received a flask that is un-usable or faulty, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
We do not accept returns for change of mind - we only accept returns submitted for faulty goods within 7 days of your original purchase being received.

QUALITY GUARANTEED

We are proud of our flasks, and know you’ll be impressed by the high quality of our production. This is why we are happy to offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty.

CLAIMING UNDER WARRANTY

If you need to organise a return or refund on your flask, you’ll need to fill in our claim form which is found below and a customer service representative will be in touch within 72 hours.
