Choc Mint Protein Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large banana
- small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 250ml chilled rice milk
- 1 scoop plant-based chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
METHOD
Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add cacao nibs and pulse blender for 1-2 seconds.
Pour into your LIFT flask and top with rice milk as needed.
