Mulled Pear Cider for 2
INGREDIENTS
- 350 ml Pear cider
- Juice of 3 clementine mandarins
- 80 ml pomegranate juice
- 60 ml dark rum
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 10 cloves
- ¼ tbsp caster sugar
METHOD
Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into 2 RISE flasks and enjoy!
