Juicy Fruity Mocktail

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 apple, sliced
• 1/2 orange, sliced
• 8 fresh mint leaves
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Ice cubes 
• 3/4 cup (6 fl oz) of apple juice
• 3/4 cup (6 fl oz) of lemonade
• 1/4 cup (2 fl oz) of sparkling water

METHOD:

Add apple and orange slices, along with mint leaves to a Rise Fressko Flask.

Squeeze in lemon juice and add ice cubes.

Pour in apple juice, sparkling water and lemonade. 

Stir and pour into your Rise Fressko flask.

Stir + enjoy.
