Chia, Raspberry + Mint Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  • banana
  • handful of frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • small Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk, chilled
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of LSA
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add to Fressko flask.

Enjoy.
