Bulletproof® Coffee
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of freshly brewed espresso coffee
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
2 teaspoons of MCT Oil
METHOD:
1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and mix for about 20-30 seconds or until foamy.
2. Pour into your Fressko reusable cup or glass thermos, layering the foam on top, like a latte.
3. Take care to use a blender that is designed for blending hot liquid.
4. Enjoy.
