Cardamom and Pear Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe pears, cored (you can also use canned pears)
- 1 cup of frozen cauliflower florets
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond milk, chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on high until smooth
- Add to your Glass Infuser Flask and enjoy!
Note: Use frozen cauliflower in your smoothies to add a smooth texture and consistency.
It doesn’t interfere with the flavour and adds extra fibre and B vitamins!
