Miso Soup
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 tsp White Shiro Miso Paste
- 100g Firm Tofu, diced
- 1 sheet of Nori seaweed, cut into small pieces
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
- 4 cups Water
METHOD:
Add 1 cup of hot water and miso paste to a pot on medium heat. Stir until miso is dissolved.
Add the three remaining cups of water, along with all other ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add to your RISE flask and enjoy.
Serves 4.
