Kale, Banana + Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup chopped kale or other leafy green
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • Honey to taste
  • Ice

METHOD

Put all ingredients through a blender.
