Ceremonial Cacao
INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup of boiled water

1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD:

Grate or shave the cacao paste - this will be easier with cold hands.

Add to a saucepan of boiling water.

Stir to combine and melt cacao through water and let it simmer for 3 minutes once melted, whisking mix occasionally.

Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Now taste, if the mix is too strong add a little more water.

Add to your Fressko TOUR 13oz Infuser Thermos and enjoy.
Tips: Feel free to use milk in place of the water for a creamier Cacao drink.
Sweeten with 1 tbsp maple syrup if you have a sweeter tooth.
For a flavour alternative add the zest of one orange.
