Initially bought one and within few days I noticed a chipped inside ceramic. I posted randomly on a facebook ad and someone responded to me. Now, Fressko CS sent me a replacement right away. I'm super happy with the cup - the color, size, lightweight and fits my coffee machine perfectly. The insulation is somewhat good, because I drive to work, by the time I want to sip my coffee, it is not overly hot (tho i wish it to insulate a lil longer as my drive take up to 40mins)
