Vanilla + Coconut Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 250mL Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 fresh pitted dates *optional / to sweeten
- 1 scoop (33g) of The Super Elixir Nourishing Protein (Australian vanilla, organic sprouted brown rice & pea protein)
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add to TOUR flask, top with almond milk if flask is not full.
