Mulled Pear Cider for 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 ml Pear cider
  • Juice of 3 clementine mandarins
  • 80 ml pomegranate juice
  • 60 ml dark rum
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 10 cloves
  • ¼ tbsp caster sugar

METHOD

Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into 2 RISE flasks and enjoy!
