Mango + Ginger Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1- 2 mango cheeks
- 1- 2 tsp finely grated ginger ( micro plane)
- 2- 3 TBS Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/2 small banana
- 1- 2 tsp LSA ( linseed, sunflower, almond )
- 250mls Almond Milk
- 2- 3 ice cubes
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz.
Add more almond milk if desired.
Enjoy cold, in your TOUR flask.
