Dairy-Free Mango Lassi
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- ½ cup nut mylk of choice
- 3/4 cup chopped ripe mango
- 2 tsp Manuka honey
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Ice cubes
METHOD
Put mango, coconut yogurt, nut mylk, honey and cardamom into a blender.
Blend oh high for 2 minutes (or until creamy and smooth).
Add to flask with a few ice cubes.
Sprinkle with a touch more cardamom, and enjoy!
