Chia with Raspberry + Mint Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  • banana
  • handful of frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • small Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk, chilled
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of LSA
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon desiccated coconut

METHOD

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until combined.

Add to your LIFT flask, top with almond milk if flask is not filled to the top. Enjoy!
