Tahini + Coconut Yoghurt Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup unhulled tahini
- 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
- 200mL almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add to LIFT flask, top with almond milk if flask is not filled to top.
