Live Love Nourish Vitality Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups of plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 frozen zucchini
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • (optional) 1/2 - 1 serve of vanilla protein powder
