Celery Juice

INGREDIENTS

• One bunch of fresh organic celery

METHOD

*Requires a blender or juicer. Take a bunch of fresh organic celery, cut of the tips of both ends ( the leaves are okay to leave on ) Rinse under cold water to clean

JUICER: Add stalks to your juicer. Enjoy!

BLENDER: Chop into 1 inch pieces Add to your blender ( use 1/4 cup filtered water if necessary ) Blitz and drain the juice and pulp through a nut mylk bag to remove the juice. Enjoy! Makes about 500 ml - perfect for the TOUR flask.
