Cardamom and Pear Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe pears, cored (you can also use canned pears)
  • 1 cup of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, chilled
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom


METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend on high until smooth
  3. Add to your Glass Infuser Flask and enjoy!

Note: Use frozen cauliflower in your smoothies to add a smooth texture and consistency. 

It doesn’t interfere with the flavour and adds extra fibre and B vitamins!
